Goa’s Rajya Sabha Member of Parliament, Shri Sadanand Shet Tanavade, graciously handed over a new bus to the International Sadguru Gurukulam school, enhancing convenience and accessibility for students. This initiative will greatly benefit students in their daily commute and support their educational journey.
Speaking on the occasion, MP Tanavade emphasized the need for value-based schools in every temple. He noted that with both parents working today, children often miss out on essential cultural and moral values. If temples across Goa recognize this need, institutions like Sadguru Gurukulam can nurture children with values rooted in religion, culture, and patriotism. He further added that when the curriculum reflects our national ethos, children will grow into responsible citizens of the country.
He praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi for recognizing this need and implementing changes in the national education policy. MP Tanavade stressed that this policy requires focused attention and effort, as it holds the power to transform the nation’s character. He affirmed that International Sadguru Gurukulam, located at Tapobhoomi, is actively contributing to this vision by shaping future generations through holistic education.
He also acknowledged the efforts of Goa’s Chief Minister, Dr. Pramod Sawant, in promoting such educational and cultural initiatives. Tapobhoomi continues to work tirelessly to provide value-based education and spiritual grounding.
Padmashri-awardee spiritual luminary, Sadguru Brahmeshanandacharya Swamiji, addressed the gathering, highlighting the importance of quality education and strong values in building the nation’s future. Under his divine guidance, International Sadguru Gurukulam was established at Tapobhoomi to fulfill this noble purpose.
MP Tanavade expressed his gratitude for the opportunity to contribute a bus to International Sadguru Gurukulam through his MP fund. He acknowledged the school’s role in imparting value-based education and fostering cultural and national dedication among students. He shared that his ability to serve in various capacities is due to the blessings of the Gurupeeth, and he feels deeply satisfied to support Tapobhoomi’s mission. He extended heartfelt wishes to Swamiji’s educational initiatives and congratulated the school management.
